
Automatic flour sifting machine
The machine features a compact design and a sturdy structure made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and long-term operational efficiency. The machine aerates and sifts flour with high precision to ensure optimal dough quality and improve production line performance.
The flour is transported to the sifting chamber via a vertical screw conveyor, where it is passed through a fine sieve with the aid of two rotating brushes that separate impurities and break up lumps. After the process is complete, the clean flour is emptied directly from the outlet into the boiler.
Thanks to its sturdy bottom wheels, the machine can be easily moved around the work environment. It also features an easily replaceable brush and a design that allows it to work at heights of up to 3 metres.
