
Cone rolling machine
The conical rolling machine is designed according to the latest industrial standards to provide high performance and perfect rolling quality for dough pieces.
The machine consists of adjustable channels made of wear and rust resistant materials, as well as a high-precision rotating cone that ensures uniform and smooth rounding.
The dough pieces enter from the bottom of the machine and move through the spiral channels to come out at the top in a symmetrical and perfect spherical shape.
The exit area is also equipped with an automatic precision spraying system that prevents the pieces from sticking to each other or to the machine surfaces, ensuring continuous operation and product cleanliness.
For greater efficiency and ease of cleaning, some internal parts are coated with high-quality green Teflon, which reduces dough friction and prevents sticking during continuous operation.
The machine is available in a standard model with a channel length of 4.5 metres, designed for dough weights ranging from 600 g to 100 kg, as well as another model with a channel length of 6 metres, designed for dough weights ranging from 100 kg to 200 kg. data-end="914">100 g to 600 g,
